Ruston Peach Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ruston peaches, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Mix together in a bowl the peaches, pineapple, green onions, garlic, and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with grilled pork, chicken, or sausage. It's best to make the salsa a day ahead and chilled overnight.
