Salsa
Ingredients
- 8 ounces ripe tomatoes, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- One and one-half teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- One-half garlic clove, peeled and minced
- One-fourth teaspoons cumin
- One-fourth teaspoon salt
- One-half teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and chill for two to three hours before serving.
