Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
Directions
- 5{ dry ingredients. Combine egg and buttermilk; add flour mixture and beat until batter is smooth. Add butter or oil. Pour from a pitcher or drop by the spoonful on a preheated griddle; bake until golden brown.
