Black Bean Spread
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked black beans
- One-half cup prepared salsa
- One-fourth teaspoon cayenne pepper
- One-fourth cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients, except the cilantro, in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add the cilantro and pulse once or twice to blend. Transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
