Vodka Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 turns freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons vodka
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until blended. Serve immediately or store, refrigerated, in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Whisk before serving.
