Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients and whisk well. Pour the mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturers' instructions.
The sorbet can be stored in the freezer in a resealable container for up to 3 months.
