Tapenade
Ingredients
- 1 cup imported black olives
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- In a food processor with a metal blade, combine all the ingredients together, except for the oil. Pulse a couple of times to incorporate. With the machine running, slowly add the oil to form a paste. Season with black pepper.
