Kiwi Sorbet
Ingredients
- Two and one-half cups packed peeled and chopped kiwis
- One and one-fourth cups simple syrup
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon triple sec
Directions
- In the bowl of a food processor combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until very cold and then process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
