Look out South Beach, a new hot spot has joined in the fun of Miami's famed South Beach! Chef Emeril Lagasse brings his high energy, bold exciting flavors and an unforgettable dining experience to Miami's South Beach.
Like Lagasse's flagship restaurant, Emeril's in New Orleans, the menu features what Lagasse calls "new" New Orleans cuisine, which includes the history and richness of Creole cuisine with the addition of progressive, cultural and seasonal influences. Emeril's signature dishes include New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp with a Petite Rosemary Biscuit; Niman Ranch Double-Cut Pork Chop with Tamarind Glaze, Carmelized Sweet Potatoes and Green Chili Mole Sauce; and Banana Cream Pie with a Graham Cracker Crust, Caramel Sauce and Chocolate Shavings. Emeril's Miami Beach also features an extensive wine program, beginning with 800-1000 selections.
Located near the Loews Hotel on Collins Avenue in the St. Moritz Hotel building, Emeril's Miami Beach complements South Beach's entertainment scene. With a spacious dining room and kicked up lounge area, Emeril's Miami Beach is South Beach's newest spot to be seen!
