- 2 oranges
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Peel orange and trim away all white pith. Working over a bowl and using a serrated knife, cut between membranes to release orange segments. Pat orange segments dry with paper towels, then toss with sugar.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add orange and cook, turning once, until segments are caramelized, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
