- 2 jalapeÒos, stemmed, seeded, and coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times to make a smooth paste.
