- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, sliced into slivers
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Toss cucumbers in this sesame mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve for plating of spring roll.
