- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 chipotle peppers, seeded and diced small
- 1 cup homemade or prepared mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- In a small skillet heat oil over low heat with garlic and chipotle peppers until flavors and aromas are released, about 4 minutes, stirring and tossing often. Transfer to a small bowl and let cool. Stir in mayonnaise, green onions and lemon juice; season to taste with salt and pepper.
