Emeril’s Tchoup Chop at Universal is not new to the Central Florida dining scene, but there is new talent in the kitchen. Greg Richie has garnered a following since 2000, when he opened Roy Yamaguchi’s Roy’s on Sand Lake Road.

CHEF EMERIL LAGASSE TO OPEN “EMERIL’S CHOP HOUSE” AT SANDS BETHLEHEM ON MAY 22

Emeril’s Chop House

Bethlehem, PA (April 13, 2009) –World-renowned chef and restaurateur Chef Emeril Lagasse announced today plans to open his newest restaurant, Emeril’s Chop House, on Friday, May 22, 2009 at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, a new casino and entertainment destination being developed by Las Vegas Sands Corp. The resort is a major redevelopment on the site of the former Bethlehem Steel plant in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Emeril’s Chop House will be Lagasse’s first restaurant in the Northeast. Lagasse’s other venues at Las Vegas Sands properties, Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and Table 10 at The Palazzo Las Vegas, have received critical acclaim for food and service, including top honors from Wine Spectator magazine.
