e2 emeril's eatery prepares for the Mother of All Sunday Brunches

Charlotte, NC, April 29, 2014 - e2 emeril's eatery in Uptown Charlotte believes moms deserve more than a day off. They deserve to be dined (and possibly wined - or "Bloody Mary'd") like royalty. The restaurant, known for its New Orleans-inspired American cuisine, isn't typically open on Sundays, but is making an exception on May 11 in honor of those exceptional women we call "Mom." Chef Brian Mottola has created a brunch menu that celebrates the season's freshest flavors, makes the most of local ingredients and will make moms happy.

From Southern comfort food (biscuits and gravy) to fresh and fruity (blueberry crepes with sweet farmer's cheese) to the wildly extravagant (Vegas strip steak served with fried oysters), the brunch selection has a dish selection for just about anyone.

Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
