Serve this sprinkled over osso buco, braised lamb shanks, or roast beef.

  • Yield: About 1/2 cup, 6 servings
Gremolata

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to blend.
