Hoisin Dressing

  • Yield: 1 cup


  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  • In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and whisk well to blend. (Will keep in an airtight container, refrigerated, for up to 5 days.)
