  • Yield: About 1 1/2 cups


  • 1 Hass avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1/4 cup minced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced seeded jalapeno
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper


  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and mash with the back of a fork to combine. Adjust the seasoning, to taste. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
