Gown Tail Chicken Salad

  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper


  • Combine the chicken, celery, onions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and stir to mix. For the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and pickle relish. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir into chicken mixture to coat well. Refrigerate until serving.
