Ingredients

  • One-half ounce peach brandy
  • 1 ounce peach puree
  • 3 ounces champagne or sparkling wine

Directions

  • Use fresh or frozen peaches, and be sure to reserve a slice of peach to put in the glass
  • Put the peach puree and brandy in a champagne flute; fill the glass with the champagne or sparkling wine.
