- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir to blend well. It will keep, covered and refrigerated, up to 1 week.
