Avocado Puree

  • Yield: About 1 cup


  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • Juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, fitted with a metal blade. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
